WomenCare Studies

Rosemark WomenCare Specialists are involved in several clinical research studies. These studies assist in discovering new treatments and new medications for the betterment of women's health.

Please keep in mind many of these studies are available for only a certain amount of time and frequently close after a few months.

Benefits of Participating in a Research Study

  • Exams, diagnostic tests, lab work, and medical care associated with the study are free.
  • Participants are paid for their time and effort per visit.
  • Opportunity to assist in finding new treatments and medications for women.

 Current Research Studies
 

Vulvar Vestibulitis Syndrome:  18-50 years of age with chronic vulvar, vaginal pain.

Overactive Bladder :  18 years of age or older with a  treatment history of overactive bladder with urgency, nocturia and frequency of urination.

Post-partum Anemia:  HGB <10

Chronic constipation:   For chronic constipation due to chronic narcotic use for pain.

Bacterial Vaginosis and Vaginal Yeast:  18 years of age or older, non pregnant patients.

IBS Study:  Women 18 years of age or older with both diarrhea and constipation.

Pre-term labor study:  Expecting patients between 34.0 and 35.6 weeks gestation.
